Storks are monongomous creatures that keep lifelong allegiance to a single mate. Their nests sometimes reach 10 feet in diameter, a dimension it takes two to achieve. The male's job is to search about for sticks, string and leaves suitable for construction purposes, while the female busies herself with the continuing design of the home.
